Contracts Manager - FSP - Remote

Overview

Precision for Medicine is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our FSP group in Europe. We are looking for someone with extensive site contracts and budgets experience across European region. This position can be covered fully remotely from Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain or United Kingdom.

In Short

• Review, draft, negotiate and track various legal agreements.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations study team.
• Ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines.
• Manage site contract metrics.
• Support maintenance of contract files and databases.
• Assist in designing policies for timely contract execution.
• Recognize and improve processes.
• Communicate contract negotiation status to team members.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Previous CRO experience.
• 5+ years in drafting and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams.
• Bachelors in law or related fields preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Contracting Plans for CTA & Budget negotiations.
• Ability to meet study timelines.
• Strong written communication skills.
