Contracts Manager - FSP - Remote

Overview

Precision for Medicine is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our FSP group in Europe. We are looking for someone with extensive site contracts and budgets experience across European region. This position can be covered fully remotely from Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain or United Kingdom.

In Short

• Review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations study team.
• Ensure deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines.
• Manage site contract metrics and maintain contract files.
• Assist in designing and implementing policies for timely execution of contracts.
• Recognize where processes can be improved.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive issues with discretion.
• Support the maintenance of contract databases.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• 5 years’ experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Previous CRO experience.
• Experience in site Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Contracting Plans.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
