Overview

As the Business Development Manager for Commercial & Non-Profit Partnerships in the Northeast, you will play a pivotal role in expanding PosiGen’s impact by developing strategic relationships with businesses and 501(c) organizations. Your efforts will be instrumental in building a robust multi-state pipeline, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing our mission of making solar accessible to all.

In Short

  • Implement a "1 to Many" Strategy to engage businesses and 501(c) entities.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to drive referral sales.
  • Build and maintain a multi-state sales funnel.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners.
  • Collaborate with the Community Impact team for lead generation.
  • Utilize strong selling capabilities to qualify leads.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the week.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven success in business development.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish-English) are highly preferred.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be flexible based on customer availability.
  • Willing to move through the pre-employment screening process.
