Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to work within the Learning and Development team of the Talent Management function, focusing on employee development and organizational performance.

In Short

  • Support contract administration training and manage training enrollments.
  • Manage the online learning library and assist with the learning platform.
  • Contribute to performance management platform improvements.
  • Assist in executing career development initiatives.
  • Coordinate the Aspiring Business Managers program.
  • Serve as a virtual learning producer for workshops.
  • Conduct research on talent development best practices.
  • Lead an independent project for the Talent Management team.
  • Assist in coordinating leadership development programs.
  • Shadow team members to understand HR strategies.

Requirements

  • Enrollment at a college/university during the internship.
  • Major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in contributing to the New York/New Jersey region.
  • Relevant coursework in Talent Management is preferred.
