Overview

This position is responsible for generating and supporting high quality leads by engaging prospective clients in a meaningful dialogue about their banking deposit needs, and identifying opportunities to create mutually beneficial, long lasting relationships with focus on business ranging generally between 10MM to 100MM in revenue.

In Short

  • Engage in local market, remotely and in person to build productive relationships for commercial deposits growth.
  • Develop relationships with qualified prospects and formulate strategic approaches to win new business.
  • Align with partners to deepen existing relationships and maximize deposit balances.
  • Assist with relationship analysis and client proposals.
  • Maintain records of activities with each prospect for effective communication.
  • Be proactive and tenacious in establishing relationships.
  • Engage in relationship reviews to identify opportunities.
  • Regularly update team members on developments impacting commercial deposit growth.
  • Complete a minimum of 10 hours of CRA volunteer hours per year.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of related work experience.
  • Extensive B2B sales experience with small to medium size firms.
  • Strong knowledge in Cash Management products and services.
  • Effective problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in maintaining a healthy portfolio.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
