Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

Pontera is a fintech company on a mission to help people retire better. Our software platform enables retirement savers to get the help they need managing their 401(k) and other retirement plan accounts as part of a personalized strategy by their trusted financial advisor.

In Short

• Be a product/technical expert and own the PMO process throughout implementation.
• Build a strong rapport with new clients immediately.
• Work with the product team to prioritize feature requests.
• Partner with Account Executives & Strategic Relationship Managers.
• Execute on strategic projects supporting Implementation Specialists.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years relevant experience in implementations, technical support or sales engineering.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce/API/monday.com.
• Experience managing high volume of projects and requests.
• The ability to prioritize quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Plus: SAAS and/or Wealth Management Experience.
