• Join Pontera's QA Automation Team as an Automation Developer.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Mentor other QA automation developers.
• Take ownership of new features and ensure full automation coverage.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot failures.
• Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and product managers.
• Enhance automation coverage to reduce manual testing efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Frontend & Backend test automation projects.
• 3+ years of experience in building automation for SaaS products.
• Relevant academic degree.
• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
• Proven experience with UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience in CI/CD automation tools (Jenkins, TeamCity).
• Ability to define, design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of quality best practices and methodologies.
• Strong design, coding, and debugging skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
