In Short

  • Manage an assigned segment of RPAs associated with advisor firms using Pontera’s platform.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate the value of Pontera for RPA and Wealth Management sides.
  • Create, manage, and expand database of RPA firms and individual advisors.
  • Collaborate closely with DC Partnerships colleagues and other client-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar functions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable discipline.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful B2B client relationships.
  • Knowledge of retirement plan products and advisory services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Industry designations such as AIF®, CPFA®, CRPS® preferred.
  • Ability to travel, up to 10%.
