Implementation Consultant - LOS Mapping & Data Expert - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in software implementation and consulting, particularly in guiding customers through complex projects and multi-stakeholder rollouts. This role focuses on helping clients adopt and scale modern, cloud-based SaaS solutions.

In Short

• Own complex customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning platform capabilities with business needs.
• Manage multiple high-impact customer projects simultaneously.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and design tailored implementation plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Quickly identify and resolve roadblocks using data and insights.
• Create and maintain implementation assets to support scalability.
• Mentor junior team members during onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementations.
• Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira).
• Experience with mortgage software/system implementations.
• Comfort with technical systems and configurations.
• Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide customers.
• Admin-level experience in Encompass or similar LOS.
• Experience mapping data between LOS and third-party systems.
• Understanding of data fields required for pricing.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting data discrepancies.
