Implementation Consultant - Change Management/Delivery - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through complex software implementations, ensuring they successfully adopt and scale cloud-based SaaS solutions.

In Short

• Own complex customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on platform capabilities.
• Manage multiple high-impact customer projects simultaneously.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and design tailored implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks quickly.
• Create and maintain implementation assets for scalability.
• Mentor junior team members during onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementations.
• Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira).
• Experience with mortgage software/system implementations.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide customers through change.
• Familiarity with loan origination workflows and change management concepts.
• Preferred: Project Management and Change Management skills.
• Preferred: Experience mentoring other implementation consultants.
