Implementation Consultant - API Integration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant will lead complex customer implementations of cloud-based SaaS solutions, guiding clients through the onboarding process and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

• Own complex customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on platform capabilities.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects with competing timelines.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and design tailored implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks using data and insights.
• Create and maintain implementation assets to support scalability.
• Mentor junior team members during onboarding and delivery efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementations and consulting.
• Expertise with project management tools (Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with mortgage software/system implementations.
• Comfort with technical systems and configurations.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide customers through change.
• Experience with API tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Collaboration with customer dev teams on integration issues.
• Preferred: Documentation of API workflows and integration guides.
• Preferred: Understanding of loan origination workflows.
