Overview

The Implementation Consultant - PPE Configuration Specialist will lead complex customer implementations, guiding clients through the onboarding lifecycle and ensuring successful adoption of cloud-based SaaS solutions.

• Own complex customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementations.
• Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira).
• Experience with mortgage software/system implementations.
• Comfort with technical systems and configurations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience configuring mortgage Product & Pricing Engines.
• Knowledge of lock desk operations and margin strategies.
• Familiarity with conditional statements and logic-driven rules.
• Preferred: Experience mentoring other consultants.
