Implementation Specialist (Remote Consultant)

Overview

An Implementation Specialist responsible for managing the successful implementation of Sales Engagement, Revenue Intelligence, and CRM Platforms, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute implementations of Sales Engagement and CRM platforms.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Guide customers through Change Management for strong adoption.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
• Analyze system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on implemented software.
• Lead the implementation process from kickoff to completion.
• Create and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.
• Manage project-related client communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or implementation.
• Experience in SalesTech and/or CRM/MarTech preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with a private workspace and high-speed internet.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to translate technical insights into clear summaries.
• Highly responsive with excellent communication skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.

Benefits

• Full Time (Contract 1099).
• Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000.
