Implementation and Delivery Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation and Delivery Consultant, you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled agile team that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings while having the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies.

In Short

• Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.
• Deliver for multiple projects, including planning, task and deliverable definition, quality control, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery while supporting clients through the implementation process.
• Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines.
• Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration and end-user training.
• Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications.
• Draft and maintain project deliverables such as project plans and closing reports.
• Collaborate with customers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.
• Strong experience with software integration projects.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus.
• Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience is a plus.
