Junior PC&L Planner, Back Office EMEA - Remote

Overview

This role involves ensuring customer demand satisfaction from order reception to fulfillment, managing inventory, and improving internal processes.

In Short

• Ensure customer demand satisfaction from order to fulfillment.
• Manage finished goods flow between warehouses and production locations.
• Analyze customer schedules and validate orders.
• Prepare coverage reports and monitor supplier performance.
• Reconcile inventory on SAP with physical inventory.
• Support master data creation and invoicing on SAP.
• Participate in creating contingency plans.
• Develop automation and process improvements using VBA.
• Provide month-end forecasts and updates.
• Access customer portals for data management.

Requirements

• Good analytical thinking and planning ability.
• Experience with large databases and process improvement.
• University degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Fluent in English; communicative French is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and SAP.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
