Requirements

  • Experience in pharmacy or healthcare technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Services Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with HL7 and EHR tools (preferred).
