Overview

The Solutions Analyst will manage technical and integration interactions, advocating for customers and resolving complex issues within the healthcare technology platform.

In Short

  • Manage technical and integration interactions with customers.
  • Advocate for customers in high-priority cases.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Document user problems and contribute to investigations.
  • Stay updated on new features and tools.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Contribute to maintaining the knowledge base.
  • Provide both functional and technical support.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of SaaS support experience.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with APIs and various programming technologies.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with performance monitoring technologies.
  • 1-2 years of RDBMS experience, preferably with SQL Server.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure or scalable applications.
  • ITIL principles knowledge is a plus.
