• Act as the primary client liaison for multiple EHR implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers.
• Monitor and report on project progress and issues.
• Foster growth of project management capabilities within the team.
• Support customers in migration to PointClickCare solutions.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Manage day-to-day operational project aspects.
• Provide direction and support to implementation teams.
• Contribute to the goals of the Project Management Office.

Requirements

• Experience in project management at a skilled level.
• Previous experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is preferred.
• PMP or Prince II designation is an asset.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality outcomes.
• Self-starter with the ability to take on new challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to self-manage and track performance indicators.
