Overview

As a Solution Engineer at PointClickCare, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our healthcare technology platform by supporting pre-sales engagements and building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.

In Short

• Support pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers.
• Build customer-focused relationships to identify business and technical challenges.
• Demonstrate expertise in the customization and implementation of PointClickCare products.

• Identify barriers and communicate with Sales and Product leadership.
• Participate in sales proposals and RFP processes.
• Serve as a technical and feature expert in client meetings.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Present information and provide training to diverse groups.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Senior experience with SaaS implementation or technical support.
• SaaS sales support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health IT, including EHRs, population health, and HIEs.
• Proven experience in client service roles.
• Comfort presenting and leading meetings.
• Experience leading projects or implementations.
• AI fluency and use of MS365 Copilot.
