Overview

The Software Training Specialist is responsible for educating and training both new and existing customers to drive adoption/use of PointClickCare solutions, facilitating learning through online and in-person sessions.

Requirements

• Experience in customer education or training roles.
• Strong communication skills.

• Willingness to conduct in-person training sessions when required.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and scheduling sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Understanding of healthcare technology is a plus.
