Software Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Software Training Specialist is responsible for educating and training both new and existing customers to drive adoption/use of PointClickCare solutions, facilitating learning through online and in-person sessions.

In Short

• Prepare and deliver quality training based on adult learning principles.
• Determine individualized and group training plans.
• Assess learner needs and adapt training methods.
• Deliver train the trainer programs.
• Coordinate training sessions and resources.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions online and onsite.
• Promote online training courses for ongoing learning.
• Provide feedback for training process improvements.
• Establish strong customer relationships.
• Develop expertise in multiple product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software, Healthcare, IT, or Business Administration preferred.
• Previous client-facing training experience in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with EHR software preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (Passport Required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and teleconferencing solutions.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience conducting training sessions both in-person and remotely.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, complex team environment.
