Overview

The Senior Solution Design Lead will engage with healthcare organizations to demonstrate the value of PointClickCare's network and products in improving care coordination and health outcomes while reducing costs.

• Lead the Solution Design team to provide expertise for healthcare providers and risk-bearing entities.

Requirements

• Clinical background (RN, NP, LCSW, PT) or 5+ years in healthcare.
• Understanding of care collaboration workflows and alternative payment models.
• Experience with electronic health records and population health systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel easily across the US and Canada.
• Proven relationship-building capabilities.
