The Provider Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with clients in the healthcare sector, ensuring optimal adoption of technology and delivering measurable value through consultative support.

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in health systems or hospitals.
  • Exposure to healthcare organizations is necessary.
  • Strong communication abilities are a must.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and teamwork capabilities.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools is required.
  • Experience with SaaS or EHR is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a strong bonus.
