Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while using Inovalon’s products and services. As a member of the Customer Success Management team (CSM), the Customer Success Manager will partner with clients to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your assigned portfolio while assisting to ensure the clients are aware of the ROI from their Inovalon Solution(s).

  • Identify risks to customer goals and drive outcomes.
  • Manage renewal and expansion opportunities.

  • Provide guidance to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years overall experience, 3 years in account management.
  • Effective communication with clients.
  • Experience managing customer renewals and expansions.
  • Aptitude for understanding healthcare and IT solutions.
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to leverage MS Office tools effectively.
  • Manage client expectations and satisfaction.
