  • Collaborate with partner success, product, and engineering teams.
  • Manage customer relationships and post-sale delivery requests.
  • Establish and develop an internal and external knowledge base.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and communicate recommendations.
  • Supervise complex technical project execution.
  • Work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to workflow automation efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong integrity and accountability skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify partner requirements.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, HTML, JIRA, Business Intelligence platforms, and/or Splunk.
  • Experience in partner/customer support across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working with a Service Desk.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry or travel technology.
