Overview

The Senior Manager, Measurement & Optimization will lead the measurement strategy for our experimentation and optimization efforts across multiple business units. This role is essential for defining success metrics, ensuring a standardized measurement framework, and establishing a center of excellence for optimization analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analysis, experimentation, and optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python and R.
• Understanding of UX principles and product design.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
