Overview

The Senior Manager, Process Improvement supports our teams in driving an excellent, service-focused operation by designing the effectiveness of the use of operational frameworks and ideologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience coaching large teams.
• 5+ years using data for process improvements.
• 4+ years in a collaborative environment.
• 4+ years in operational excellence (LEAN, Six Sigma).
