Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, focusing on modeling, research, and analysis that supports the Points business unit, helping to identify and analyze evolving loyalty market conditions.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis for loyalty programs.
• Deep-dive into company data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Forecast revenue potential for new partners.
• Manage monthly forecasting and annual planning for current partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience in loyalty programs or e-commerce preferred.
• Proven skills in building complex financial models.
• Strong analytical skills for actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial planning software and BI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
