Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in providing strategic financial insights and analysis to our rapidly growing organization. This role will spearhead the delivery of accurate, data-driven information on the company’s financial performance, guiding decision-making processes, and enhancing the overall financial health of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
• Experience with Corporate Performance Management tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel (up to 5%).
• Proficient in MS Office and communication tools.
