Serve Robotics is seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst with 4+ years of experience to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Perform regular variance analysis and provide insights into budget versus actual results.
• Develop and maintain dynamic scenario models to assess financial impacts.
• Leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheets and automation tools for reporting processes.
• Act as a trusted financial partner to business units and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare clear financial commentary to explain variances and forecasts.
• Apply solid knowledge of accounting principles for financial reporting integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in tech or fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets and Excel for complex financial models.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience with scenario modeling and ERP tools like NetSuite.
• Comfort using emerging productivity tools like ChatGPT for efficiency.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills for non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Travel required 2-4 times per year for 4-5 business days each time.
