• You’ll analyze performance drivers and surface actionable insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• This role will help shape how finance partners with the broader organization.
• You'll lead the expansion of process automations leveraging Vena, our FP&A tool.
• Work will include analyzing financial performance and identifying trends.
• You'll distill complex trends into executive-ready insights.
• Support existing analysts in maintaining and improving financial models.
• Collaboration across teams is essential to uncovering insights.
• You'll help build scalable planning infrastructure for finance.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
• Experience in SaaS or fintech is a strong asset.
• Confident communicator who can influence decisions.
• Highly analytical with strong business judgment.
• Skilled in Excel-based financial modeling.
• Experience with forecasts and budgets.
• Bias for action and comfortable with imperfect data.
