The Director, Talent & Performance will lead the evolution of PlayStation's global performance management framework, integrating it with talent processes to drive accountability and growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
• Experience in designing enterprise-wide performance programs.
• Fluency with Workday HCM required.

• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
• Data-literate and change-savvy.
