Client Success Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Client Success Specialist is responsible for assisting the Senior Account Executive’s clientele, marketing initiatives, and overall workload, including administrative tasks, creative marketing campaigns, client research, and Salesforce data entry.

In Short

• Coordinate calendar appointments, client meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Process expense reports and handle logistics for client interactions.
• Maintain client profiles and assist with database upkeep in Salesforce.
• Conduct research on law firms and decision-makers.
• Support outbound marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Field occasional client check-ins and attend client events.
• Generate reports identifying key account trends.
• Prepare and send gifts and notes to clients for campaigns.
• Ensure timely follow-through on client follow-up tasks.
• Work mainly remote with occasional travel in the D.C. metro area.

Requirements

• Legal field experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
