Overview

The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting a Senior Account Executive (SAE) by helping drive client experience, marketing initiatives, and overall business growth.

In Short

• Support SAE with administrative tasks and marketing initiatives.
• Manage CRM tasks in Salesforce, including database upkeep and reporting.
• Conduct research on law firms and industry news.
• Assist with outbound marketing campaigns and client interactions.
• Coordinate calendar appointments and travel arrangements.
• Handle occasional client check-ins and attend events.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for gifting and logistics.
• Proactively manage tasks and ensure timely responses.
• Provide support in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with the SAE to enhance client relationships.

Requirements

• Legal field experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office products.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer service mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
