Overview

The Manager of Real Estate Platform Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory and expanding Placemakr's portfolio through strategic partnerships.

In Short

• Grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage, investment, or development.
• Deep multifamily network in Austin is required.
• Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts.
• Experience in a quota-bearing role with a successful track record.
• Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Self-starter mentality.
