Manager, Real Estate Platform Partnerships - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Real Estate Platform Partnerships at Placemakr will be responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory and expanding the Placemakr portfolio through strategic partnerships.

In Short

• Grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers, investors, owners, and lenders.
• Leverage existing network to source introductions for portfolio expansion.
• Prospect for multifamily projects in key markets.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
• Represent Placemakr at industry events to promote the brand.
• Participate in presenting financial models to investors.
• Produce quality relationships with investors/developers.
• Travel 10%-25% based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in multifamily brokerage, investment, development, or asset management.
• Deep multifamily network in Philadelphia is required.
• Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts.
• Experience in a quota-bearing role with a successful deal track record.
• Ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated grit in navigating complex transactions.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
