Software Engineering Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead – someone who can lead a small team of software engineers as well as perform as an individual contributor; an energetic self-starter who loves bringing to life business objectives with current and sound technical solutions.

In Short

• Lead a small team of software engineers and contribute individually.
• Collaborate with Product & Technical Account Management teams.
• Drive technical architecture and help other engineering teams.
• 4-6 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python or comparable server-side languages.
• Experience in frontend technology using HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience in building functional and unit tests.
• Experience with metrics and monitoring tools for performance optimization.
• Mentor and motivate young developers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field.
• Experience with Python, Django, Javascript, React, gRPC.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Postgres, S3, Elasticsearch, Dynamo, Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Spark, Airflow for ETL, DAG management.
