Assistant Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Pivot Energy is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Department with a myriad of technical and administrative tasks supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects.

In Short

• Assist in managing renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support contract organization and review.
• Interface with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor construction progress and address issues.
• Prepare close-out documents and procedures.
• Work with Finance Team on EPC documents.
• Attend contractor and utility meetings.
• Maintain internal and external data rooms.
• Support PM team in Procore management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of solar ground mount or construction management experience.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of scheduling concepts like CPM and Gantt charts.
• Basic knowledge of construction site diligence documents.
• Experience with spreadsheets and scheduling software.
