Overview

We are looking to hire for the Project Manager role, which requires a candidate adept at leading by example with a strong foundation in project management principles and effective team leadership, capable of navigating the complexities of fitout projects.

In Short

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in execution/planning/coordination of construction projects.
  • B.E. in Civil/Architecture; postgraduate degree in Construction Management/MBEM is a plus.
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint presentation preparation & presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Excellent skills with project management scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Manage sequencing of activities and prepare schedules.
  • Track schedules and update stakeholders on material requirements.
  • Prepare project-related reports and distribute to participants on time.
  • Commitment to quality and safety in project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret project documents.
  • Proactive risk management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Experience in construction project management.
