Overview

Pivot Energy is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our West Project Managers in various technical and administrative tasks, contributing to project success by ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

In Short

• Assist Project Managers with project development workflow.
• Support organization and review of internal contracts.
• Interface with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor construction progress.
• Initiate close-out procedures and prepare documents.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team on EPC documents.
• Attend contractor and utility meetings.
• Maintain internal and external data rooms.
• Support management of Procore.
• Track schedule changes and flag issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of solar ground mount or construction management experience.
• 2+ years total professional experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Understanding of site diligence documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and scheduling software.
