Overview

This role is responsible to manage several events each year, with a focus on flawless execution, superior client experience delivery, and excellent communication.

In Short

• Plan and manage all operations for each event, including event budget and logistics.
• Work with head of event planning to source and manage vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with key clients on event logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing and program managers for event materials.
• Support head of event planning as required.
• Use technology tools for event management.
• Document and maintain a detailed blueprint for the role.
