• Lead the planning and execution of field marketing initiatives and third-party events.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for flawless execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with various teams to ensure clear goals.
• Manage logistics including venue sourcing and vendor selection.
• Handle contract negotiations and work with legal and finance teams.
• Create and manage budgets for multiple events, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with social and content teams for event messaging.
• Travel as needed to support onsite activations.
• Debrief events and analyze performance metrics post-execution.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of event marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience executing large-scale tradeshows and customer engagements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle logistics and communications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Resourceful self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Adept in tools like Salesforce, Asana, Cvent, Airtable, Bizzabo.
• Curious and open-minded, welcoming new ideas.
