Event Manager - Remote

Overview

The Event Services Team’s mission is to partner with our clients to help them build thriving cultures and achieve company goals through creatively curated and expertly planned in-person experiences. As an Event Manager, you will contribute to this mission by planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of client events with exceptional customer service, unwavering adaptability to changing client needs, and a strong focus on exceeding team goals.

In Short

• Meet and exceed NPS and CSAT targets.
• Event budget management that protects and improves margins.
• Improve client retention through exceptional planning, product delivery, and account management across owned accounts.
• Design, plan, and execute 8-12 client events simultaneously.
• Develop detailed event strategies, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide feedback to enhance tools, systems, and workflows.
• Strategically manage client budgets to maximize event impact.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the year for onsite event execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Excelling in project management skills and experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present information.
• Proven ability to be creative and innovative in planning events.
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the year.
