Overview

As a Field Service Technician at Pitney Bowes, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience throughout their lifecycle while providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clients, supporting field service for all our shipping and mailing technology.

• Remote role within 4 hours of Tri-Cities area in Washington.
• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
• Overtime may be required.
• Wage range of $22 to $28 per hour.
• Eligible for an incremental incentive of 10% on sales.
• Repair and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions.
• Install, service, and upgrade mailing equipment.

Requirements

• Enjoy working on mechanical or electrical components.
• Comfortable managing significant driving time.
• Ability to lift over 55 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Windows environment preferred.
• Experience with automated equipment preferred.
