Overview

As a Senior Recruiter at PitchBook, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization, ensuring a highly skilled and diverse workforce.

In Short

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize CRM to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews.
• Administer assessment tests to evaluate candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Generate recruitment reports to track effectiveness.
• Mentor other recruiters and provide training on hiring processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM for recruiting purposes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
• Proven experience in creative sourcing and diversity outreach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
