• Help to build a high-performance team and collaborate so that work flows in a performative way.
• Analysis of risks and opportunities.
• Manage the squad aiming productivity and performance.
• Actively collaborate on the team’s technical decisions.
• Monitor the progress of projects, dealing with any problems that arise and ensuring the planning.
• Ensure the quality of the product produced by the team.
• Ensure the performance and the technical decisions made by the team.
• Assertive decision-making in adverse environments.
• Whenever necessary, direct contact with the international team and clients.
• Monitoring new features and the production environment, always seeking to achieve our SLOs / SLAs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of high performance.
• Event driven architecture.
• Knowledge and experience about agile methodology.
• Java/Golang.
• Cloud (AWS, Google GCP, Azure).
• Distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with APIs development and solid API testing knowledge.
