Engineering Manager, Clearing - Remote

Overview

The team is responsible for the clearing process related to online authorizations for multiple card brands like: Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, and Elo.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Golang.
• Proficient with relational databases.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Strong grasp of SRE/DevOps concepts.
• Previous experience building large-scale systems.
