In Short

  • Remote position based in the US.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and developing internal processes.
  • Track pipeline and progress in Hubspot.

  • Collaborate with marketing to improve sales processes.
  • Experience in digital B2B or eCommerce fulfillment.
  • Ability to close deals involving technical evaluation.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
  • Prior startup sales experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Experience with product-led businesses.
  • High mid-market B2B or Enterprise sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Solid work ethic and confidence to work autonomously.
  • High motivation to succeed.
  • Familiarity with co-selling with partner organizations.
