Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in technical writing.
• E-commerce knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to categorize and maintain documentation efficiently.
• Engages with various teams to gather accurate information.
• Ability to make complex concepts accessible.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
