Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of customers end-to-end, including retention, renewals, account growth, and day-to-day customer management.

In Short

  • Own retention and renewals for assigned customers.
  • Drive expansion revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer communication.
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing enablement for customers.
  • Triage customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
  • Identify churn risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Improve customer experience through structured communication.
  • Establish renewal rigor and execution.

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Experience with renewals and upselling.
  • Understanding of ecommerce operations and systems.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
